  Liked: The terrace. The coffee availability.

  Disliked: It would be good if there was an introduction to any local buses that may service the area. It's a long walk from plaza de armas with baggage.

  Liked: Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable bed and room, complimentary tea coffee water and snacks, location was in a lovely local part of the city with lots of bars and restaurants to suit every need, very lively on Friday and Saturday nights

  Liked: The staff were very nice and helpful.

  Disliked: It’s very very VERY noisy and loud, the walls are paper thin, we were not able to sleep more than few hours. The rooms have windows on the inner hallway and you can hear people walking by, talking etc. Also the smell in the room was terrible, stale and moist, the rooms that don’t have proper windows should have some form of ventilation because it’s impossible to get fresh air.

  Only worth it if you can get it for a bargain price

  Liked: Location not central but in a nice area.

  Disliked: My room was nothing like the photos - a lot more basic and not very clean, for some reason there was hair EVERYWHERE, including in the bed. It was the noisiest place I stayed…inside and outside. Noise from adjacent rooms bathrooms, cleaners make a racket from early hours.
