  Such a short stay but this property made us v happy

  Liked: Water, coffee and cleaning products ready to go. Location to Santa Cruz. Plenty of room for two parents and a 16 year old. Air con a god send as it hit 40 plus Dip pool TV and access to Prime/Netflix Fridge/freezer/microwave kettle and coffee machine. All amenities you need. Two level great for son and TikTok! Having a terrace with a view….priceless. Billy Brunch next door - highly recommend. Easy access to bus and taxis.

  Disliked: It is starting to show wear and tear in places. The wooden steps to the dip pool, around the terrace area could have been cleaner. The double bed is not that comfortable and squeaks terrible. Mentioned before in reviews. The damage to the floor in the lounge makes me sad as does the scratches on the table. I didn’t find any mats in order to protect it! The terrace seating and loungers/parasol are looking worn now. The lift went out of order but by no fault of the host! Only one set of keys. Could do with two, especially as it can sleep more than just three! Teenager would have loved some freedom!

  We had a wonderful stay at the property

  Liked: The property was over two floors and the outdoor space and dip pool are brilliant. Great place for brunch next door. Right by a park to walk through to get to most convenient places in the city

  Great location for city and watching sunset from terrace. Minimal comfort touches

  Liked: Great location. Easy walk into City center and parks. Lovely view from terrace over city and for sunset. Good showers with ample supply of hot water. Car park opposite, able to negotiate a space despite Easter busy period.

  Disliked: Plunge pool unheated thus unusable early April, despite 28 degrees. Recommend some heating for Spring. Double bed was squeaky and uncomfortable and with one small pillow we had to use cushions underneath. Could be more generous with pillows. No tea towels in kitchen for drying up (only a minor point). Paid less for 5* hotels, so a few extra touches would enhance stay.

  Amazing stay for a group of friends

  Liked: The house was great—spacious, with a nice balcony and a pool that was perfect for cooling off during the hottest hours. It’s in a great location, close to the city centre and Plaza de España. The host was friendly and shared useful recommendations for places to visit.
