  Liked: The location was good and the bed was comfy.

  Disliked: The window in my room was on the floor and didnt let any natural light in. I didnt feel like I was given the lay of the land by reception. I wasn't given any info on the restaurant or the hotel as a whole. I used the pool but it was freezing and not a comforting area to relax. I asked reception some questions and didnt feel like they wanted to answer so I wasn't given informative answers. Housekeeping didn't top up the coffee section or bathroom products during my stay. Again I asked reception but felt I was bothering them.

  Not worth your money. Dont go. Expect 3 star experience

  Liked: Rooms were clean and no bed bugs, so thats good.

  Disliked: Not worth the price at all, should more be a 3 star hotel. Worst 4 star hotel i have tried, which had a price close to 5 star hotels/ Beds are uncomfortable. Its very noisy, especially if you are on 1st floor, lots of cars, people passing buy and shouting. Staff is taking breaks out there and also talking very loudly as well. No isolation on windows. Was impossible to sleep without earplugs. Breakfast was worst than what a supermarket offers. We dropped it after the first time. Bread is very cheap quality and pastries as well. And the eggs had more milk and oil than eggs. You are not able to take your breakfast yourself as well and just have to eat what is served. Very unhealthy breakfast.

  Expensive, small room not really 4 star hotel

  Disliked: Room was very small for two people staying two nights. Only a very small wardrobe. No comfortable chair to sit in. We stayed two nights and maid came at 3.30 to do the room, but we had already returned from our morning out. Bar was only opened when restaurant was and was closed Sunday. When booking hotel we looked for one with parking, on arrival we were told that the garage could only take small to medium cars, so had to travel 15 mins to get a public parking garage and had to wait for 15 mins for free parking space as this garage was full. It was then 10 minute walk back to hotel.

  Liked: The location was fine and the staff polite and willing to help you. Didn't use other facilities of the hotel so we can't tell very much about things like breakfast and dinner.

  Disliked: The internet was very poor almost not working, the room was little bit worn out and the walls not cleaned with dirt spots on them.

  We loved staying in Seville, the City is easily walkable with lots to do

  Liked: The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful although not a buffet style. The location was great - not in the busy part of the old town/tourist area but just a ten to fifteen minute walk away. It is close to an amazing square with lots of bars and restaurants which is very lively. Also lots of places to eat in the streets surrounding the hotel.

  Disliked: Our room was nice but there was hardly anywhere to store clothes. Just one narrow wardrobe with hanging for five hangers but this space was taken up with towelling robes. There was nowhere to hang the robes as the two hooks in the bathroom were needed to hang damp towels as there was no towel rail. We couldn't unpack as there were no drawes or shelves - just the base of the wardrobe and one small cupboard above the wardrobe which was too high for me and one narrow base of an alcove. There was nowhere to store our cases so it was difficult to keep the room organised. Bedside tables didnt have a drawer to put personal items in and there was no mirror above the desk/dressing table even though there were several mrrors in the room - they weren't in the right place.
