  Felt just like home

  Liked: A lovely place to stay in Seville. Great location, very quiet and comfortable. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained clearly from the beginning. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back

  Disliked: The problem with the warm water, it comes warm( hot extreme) for 1 minute, then it is cold.And until it comes again warm we washed with cold water

  Liked: Adequate for a one or two night short stay, but I would not recommend long stays. The popular Feria Flea Market is a short walk away. Coviran supermarket is a 2 minute walk away.

  Disliked: There is no natural outdoor light, fresh air, or ventilation, so the lights need to be permanently switched on. You will never see natural outdoor light or feel the warm Sevilla sunshine, and it can become chilly in the evening during the cold months. This is similar to a living space inside a riad. Changed my own bed twice, emptied every rubbish bin myself, and the apartment was cleaned once in 26 nights. The host felt it was not his obligation to clean the place! Pillows are thin with no head support and if you have more than one phone/laptop to charge and you want it near the bed, you might need a dual plug extension because the socket is not at arm's reach and the lamp is already plugged in. The bed headboard separates away from the bed, and the mattress hung over the side. Some kitchen appliances and facilities are old and need updating. The host confirmed, weeks before my arrival, that there would be an oven available, whether it be a mini oven or integrated in the microwave. On my arrival, there was no oven anywhere to be seen. The shower needs attention because it leaked, and the shower sliding door came off the wheels, making it unsafe. The bathroom was poorly ventilated and sometimes had an unpleasant smell of sewage. The host had a meltdown when he claimed that liquid "damaged" the fridge, making it leak from the bottom, front, back, and sides. The problem here is that the shelves are missing from the door of this old fridge for upright cartons and bottles. The only place you can store liquids is if you place them on their side inside the fridge. A small leak in a fridge can never cause voluminous, dark, foul-smelling liquid with lumps to escape unless there is something wrong with the appliance. Things could be improved if the host thinks of the comfort of his guests, but nothing can be done for the dark interior of this lodging.
