  good place to stay without a car

  Liked: good location, quite surrounds, comfy bed, good bathroom size and lightning.

  Disliked: smallish kitchen with atrocious lightning, the chair should be binned, wobbly, getting lost every time went out, and the parking procedure, took ages for Google maps to find the place and even then the parking really did stress me out, for over 100 euros could be better.

  Its a budget hotel, the ac was good and thats it

  Perfect budget stay

  Liked: Very friendly staff and very clean room, small but more comfortable than I expected for the price. Great location - central but not touristy and round the corner from a great bar with incredible croquetas. Perfect for a budget one night stay.

  Disliked: There was a lot of noise overnight from other guests arriving and leaving throughout the night and early morning, as the central staircase is tiled and very echoey. Bring ear plugs! I would definitely stay again though.

  Disliked: First of all, a warning to anyone planning to arrive with large suitcases: don't. There is no elevator, and the staircase is narrow; believe me, hauling a heavy suitcase up second floor is impossible. The owners said that if we couldn't carry our luggage up, we could store it in a room on the ground floor, but as you can imagine, not having your belongings close at hand—two floors down—can be a major inconvenience. The owners were a bit too uptight; I spent two weeks in Spain, but this was definitely the most difficult place I stayed. From the moment we arrived, they were constantly issuing warnings. I suppose they had bad experiences in the past, but they shouldn't project those negative experiences onto every new guest. Thankfully, the room was clean, but one of the biggest issues was the presence of cockroaches in the bathroom on our floor. Consequently, we were forced to use the bathroom on the ground floor all the time. In a place that demanded we be so "careful," I would have expected at least some attention to pest control. Seville was the place where we stayed the shortest amount of time, and I’m glad it turned out that way, because I don’t know if I could have stayed at this property any longer. Also, I’m not sure if the other rooms had windows, but since our room faced the interior of the building, our window opened inwards. That can get quite stifling on hot days.
