Exceptional
Liked: Location
Disliked: The bed quality
Liked: Location, design, staff and breakfast were all incredible!
A lovely hotel. We will certainly stay again
Liked: Beautiful hotel very centrally located to all attractions and tram station. Staff were very helpful in navigating Sevilla. Excellent breakfast and coffee on site. Impeccably clean
Disliked: Our terrace that we paid extra for was enclosed in glass and not open to air which was unfortunate. Therefore we did not use it. Would not pay for that upgrade again.
Clean, conveniently located, with very helpful staff and a good choice of food for breakfast
Liked: Very convenient location close to the Cathedral and Palace. Easy access to various forms of public transport.
Disliked: N/A
Liked: Everything
Disliked: It didn't have a bar
Petit palace just seems to get it. Everything was just right. Location, cleanliness, staff. A real delight
Liked: The location is superb - only a five minute walk to the Cathedral and 15 minutes to most attractions. Breakfast is excellent as well. Staff really are to be congratulated - from front end to housekeeping, just a very well run hotel.
Disliked: Like everything in the old part of the city parking is problematic. If you have a choice lose the rental car and take a taxi. (Lesson learned - we had a car)
