Exceptional
Beautiful hotel, amazing location, extremely kind and lovely staff
Liked: The staff was incredibly warm and kind. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. One of the best spots I stayed during trip.
Disliked: No mini fridge. They do offer to hold your food downstairs but I found I never used it. Really wish they had a fridge.
Excellent stay in chic city hotel
Liked: It is a very stylish hotel in a good location. Our room was very relaxing. Tasty breakfasts. Good saladsat lunch.
Disliked: I would like to have been able to have a glass of wine at lunch. The cafe lunch on sunday not nearly as good as Saturday
Liked: It is very clean, they check in rooms even twice per day. The breakfast is very simple but very delicious, nevertheless the stuff could be more approachable. The live music on Thursdays were quite loud music with drum, they can prefer lighter music for such an event so customers can still relax in the room. But Overall would prefer again.
Disliked: The first room they gave us ( no 11) with water tank above makes lots of noises… go for the first floor.

A perfect city break
Liked: What a gem! We’ve just spent 4 nights, in June, at this hotel and can without doubt recommend it as perfect for cleanliness, location, comfort and welcome. The staff were all brilliant, they helped with booking restaurant reservations and guided us on places to visit. The breakfasts were 5star. We booked a deluxe room and were delighted with the luxury it provided. The free standing bath was the size of a small swimming pool. This was our first stay here but we are. already planning another short break at this fabulous hotel
