  Unclean and unresponsive - a completely frustrating and disheartening experience in Seville!

  Liked: Absolutely nothing!

  Disliked: The apartment was not cleaned prior to our arrival, which, ultimately, led to the cancellation of our stay. Upon checking in, we found that there were no fresh linens or towels available; likewise, the main bed had been left completely unmade. Additionally, there were several concerning cleanliness issues: hairs were found in the shower tray and a bin in the bathroom, rubbish was left underneath the sink, and, alarmingly, rotting food was discovered in the fridge. Moreover, the owner was unresponsive and did not address these issues effectively. Communication was severely lacking, making it difficult to resolve the situation during our stay. To add insult to injury, it took a staggering seven weeks to receive a full refund after the owner failed to respond accordingly. Overall, it was a complete disappointment and alternative accommodation had to be found in the city at our own extra expense.

  Bad sound isolation, inhospitable hosts, expect lots of adds

  Liked: Spaceous, mostly clean (except for the additional bed sheets), well decorated

  Disliked: It was clean, except for the dust in ALL of the spare bedsheets which we needed. Th host was bombarding us with ads and offers (including an outrageous 5 euros luggage keeping fee on the last day PER PIECE OF LUGGAGE). One thing we needed was just a little bit of the washing detergent, there is a washing machine, but no detergent. They said they will get us some, never did, and then kept sending us adds for extra services. Hospitality: 0. Another major problem is that some parts of the windows can't close properly, so it's hard to sleep in the room adjacent to the street (which is noisy).

  Short stay in Sevilla with kids

  Liked: Very nice apartment for family. In the kitchen you find salt, pepper ect. There is also iron. There is a lot of space just in front to park your car for free.

  Disliked: A few things needs to be repaired (handles to the toilet); too much strange decoration - artificial flowers.

  Nice and clean appartment close to many attractions

  Liked: Well equipped apartment close to Park Maria Luisa and San Bernardo station. Very clean and comfortable. Kids loved the flamengo room with low beds on which they can climb and play easily

  Disliked: Without the lift it took a bit effort to always take the baby stroller up and down, but it was ok.
