  Great communication with Emilio, good location and nice modern apartment

  Liked: Great location. Great air con. We were two couples so appreciated the two bathrooms. Good beds. Great linen.

  Disliked: Limited rails for hanging towels to dry. Shampoo, shower and hand wash would be MUCH better in pumps rather than little vials and tiny bars of soap.

  Spacious with all amenities, and perfectly located for the main Seville attractions!

  Liked: The apartment was very spacious, two bedrooms, two washrooms (very good water pressure), we were four and everyone had their space. Nice size table for family meals. Very welcoming with a small starter package of products for laundry, dishwasher, cloths; a pitcher of water in the fridge, all necessary kitchen accessories and appliances, more coffee pods than other places, lots of shampoos and body gels, towels. The host (Emilio) provided detailed instructions and videos for the entry of apartment and parking space as well as information on things to do and see and restaurants, checked in regularly and very easy to reach. There is someone at the entrance during the week, but the main door to the building is always locked and requires a key so we felt very safe. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, across from a small park, we walked to the Cathedral (beautiful), the Alcazar palace, about 20minutes away), there is a wonderful little restaurant in that area for tapas and burgers called Milonguitas! The spectacular Plaza de Espana (a must, about 5 minutes away. We took a short uber to Triana which was a bit further and it was too hot to walk, but we walked back (35-40 minutes).

  Disliked: The usual small hiccups with getting used to new places, but the pros outweighed that. Only thing missing was salt for seasoning but we just bought one and will bring it home. Also didn’t use the washer, it was in a back area off the kitchen and we didn’t need anything washed anyway.

  Liked: Great location on the city map, within a walking distance of many important monument of Seville. The apartment is big enough to get lost inside. AC available in the living room and both bedrooms. Great contact with the manager. A very secure parking space.

  Disliked: The bathrooms, especially the smaller one would benefit from a renovation. It may be difficult to park the car without help from a second person observing from the outside.

  Absolutely fabulous, a great base for exploring Seville

  Liked: The location was great, short bus ride to centre. Apartment spotless, plenty of room. Emilio the host, very helpful and always available via whatsapp.

  Disliked: Only a couple of tiny things, kitchen roll would have been useful and a shelf in the shower for toiletries would be good.

  Liked: The location is good to get Espana square and old town. The entire apartment was clean and neat and I could see it has taken a good care of. The host was super fast for a communication and the given access instruction to the apartment was clear. The size is much bigger that the other apartments and the bedding was really good.

  Liked: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent – we could easily reach everything we needed on foot, which made our trip very convenient. The apartment itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. It felt welcoming and well-maintained. The host was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. Check-in through the app was smooth with no issues at all. We especially appreciated the video guide explaining how to find the apartment and the parking – it was very clear and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.
