Disgusting & Unsafe. Worst experience ever

Liked: Nothing good about this property at all. Read below for more

Disliked: By far the worst booking I’ve made for both the property and customer service. Upon arriving to the property there was a half naked drunk homeless man at the foot of the door to the building. Not the local welcome I was expecting. Once inside the property there were more homeless people banging on the window to the living room. The shower curtain contained a lot of mold. We picked up the keys at a location 30 minutes away at 4pm and returned them by 7:30pm the same day. When expressing our concerns and looking for a solution we were patronised and aggressively dismissed. First being told that they would call us back in 10 minutes with a solution, only for us to call them 2 hours later and get patronised and dismissed saying it was on us for feeling unsafe and the only solution was to suck it up. This is disgusting customer service after someone has spent 778 euros on a booking. Absolutely no compassion, empathy or attempt to make us feel better. If you look at the other responses they give to bad reviews they’re completely dismissive about problems they already are aware of, I’ve spoken to booking.com to have this property removed off their site as it is unacceptable to offer a property to people that is unsafe. I hope they do not respond to this review with the same template as they always do or by attacking us again. By far the worst customer experience of my life.
