  Liked: The staff are quick to respond to your messages. They offered to keep our luggage in their office before the check-in time and luckily let us check in early once the keys were ready. The location is right in front of the tram station which takes you directly to the center of the town.

  Disliked: I mainly booked this place because the description explicitly claimed it had a balcony. Unfortunately, there is no balcony, meaning no early morning coffee on the balcony to start the day. You can't even message the host to verify this until after you book, and by then it’s too late. Furthermore, the furniture needs a major upgrade; the old sofas, beds, and pillows are very uncomfortable, and one of the AC units in the bedroom desperately needs servicing. The key pick up across the town is a hassle but it worked out fine for us as we arrived early morning and explored the city before the keys were ready. When checking out, instructions state to leave the keys on a visible surface (like the living room table) and snap the apartment door shut. However, this is a secure residential building. You need the keys to open every door, all the way down to the main outer gate. Once we locked the apartment door with the keys inside, we got down to the ground floor and realized we were completely trapped inside the building's main gate with no guard to open the gate and no way out. Our cab was waiting outside to take us to the airport for an early morning flight. We were left with no option but to jump over the gate to make our flight. All in all a decent place and spacious apartment for that value but check-in and check-out can be complicated.

  Terriable experience, have travlled so many countries, first time run into this kind of property management team

  Liked: The location: it is very close to the public transportations.

  Disliked: This place should not be allowed to operate as a business. All the tourists come from out of town, and most don’t have cars. They have to meet the rental agent to get the keys, then travel another five miles to find the rental property. The management is rude and unhelpful, providing no clear information about the unit’s location—even though there are five identical buildings.
