  staff are unprofessional

  Liked: I’ve stayed at this hostel many times in the past, including last year and this year, but the new reception staff are unprofessional and don't treat guests well. They are nothing like the previous staff; I noticed a huge difference, and there was no good customer service at all

  Liked: The hostel is amazing:) Perfect location, nice and helpful staff, big common area, cutlary and microwave are there if you need them. The breakfast is cheap and all the basics are there.

  Very dirty, expensive and poor service

  Liked: The location was quite good.

  Disliked: I would NOT recommend this place at all. We had quite a bad experience. We paid 220 euros for 2 nights for a 2 person room, which is very expensive for what we got. A small room with bunk beds, no windows, and it was not clean at all. We had a lot of ants in our room and a cockroach. We had only one pillow in our room, I had to ask 5 times and a full day before we finally got the second pillow. There was no AC in our room. Our first night was so hot that it felt like a sauna. Even though it was 12 degrees outside. The second night we asked the person at the reception to please get the AC on in our room and that worked more or less. It was also quite loud as our room was right next to the common area where people had breakfast.
