  Liked: Very nice apartment. Very central. We stayed previously in Triana and the distances was about the same to most attractions. Quiet neighbourhood. Good communication from host. Checkin and opening of doors by app. Make sure you have data and understand it.

  Disliked: The second shower extremely small. Twin beds in second bedroom. Prefer double bed. We were two couples.

  Host is great, parking was a good bonus and the location worked out for our family

  Liked: The host is very responsive and helpful and has tried to provide clear instructions for getting in etc. Liked that the property was clean and basic supplies were included. The location felt safe, the area had a nice residential feel and worked for us but we did walk 15-20min for all our activities and food. Having free parking was a definite bonus for us.

  Disliked: The App is cumbersome to download and work with. And the property directions are complicated unless you watch all the videos carefully (so if your phone dies or doesn't get network once you're in parking it gets tricky getting to the apartment). There was a lot of noise from the park till 1am each night. Also, wish the owner specified on the listing that the pool can only be used in late June. The shower stall in the second bathroom is extremely cramped even for very small people, our boys (small and lean) refused to use it after the first time.

  Liked: The apartment was nice and clean, comfortable, very nice decoration, great location, near to the market, restaurants, 20 minutes away from the landmarks places. Amazing customer services. Great communication with Emilio (manager) Safe locations. Definitely, we will come back.

  The pleasent stay

  Liked: Great location with great neighbourhoods and access to all Sevilla’s top site locations. Free Parking was cherry on top.

  Great stay, nice apartment

  Liked: The property is nice, clean, well maintained, with everything you need, spacious enough for 4 people. Some good restaurants, bars and shops are just nearby. The host was very nice, having an excellent communication with us before and during our stay. Old city center is about 20 min walk. The area is nice, we liked the fact that was not right in the center. I think this apartment is a very good choice.

  Disliked: The only issue we had was with hot water that some times was not available, but only after few attempts. The host mentioned that will be solved soon, so no big issue.
