  Great location, great apartment, wonderful base to experience Sevilla

  Liked: Due to unforeseen circumstances, we booked at the last minute. Raphael was exceptional, and organised check in within 30 minutes. The apartment is in a great position and has everything Position and parking under the building was great. Excellent location for a three day stay in Sevilla. The weather was exceptionally hot for May, and the aircon in the apartment is very effective

  Liked: WOW! What a beautiful apartment in a very beautiful city. It was our first time to Seville and we were blown away. Rafael was the perfect host, meeting us to guide us to the parking and accommodation and offering lots of amazing local tips. We could have stayed longer! Well set up, comfortable and clean.

  Disliked: The only thing was the street noise. Stunning view right across from the old tobacco factory which is now a university, many eateries on your doorstep and a tram line immediately out the front, all added to the street noise. It certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful visit.

  We had a lovely stay and would recomend this accomodation

  Liked: This was a beautiful apartment right in the middle of Seville with every home comfort you could want. It is just a short walk from The Plaza De Espania and Old Town Seville.We could walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar with ease and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants for breakfast.

  Perfect homebase for Sevilla!

  Liked: Great location, Clean spacious comfortable and well appointed. Rafael the owner was very personable and helpful. The shower is strong. Loved it all. Coffee maker was nice but bring your own sugar. Air conditioner is very strong

  Disliked: There was no shower gel. Just an empty container.

  Liked: The apartment is in a very good location: all the main attractions of the historical center are within a walking distance. There are also a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is very beautiful and stylish, nicely decorated with candles, moreover, there is everything you might need as a guest.
