  Liked: Comfortable, clean and spacious apartment in Triana away from the crowds but walking distance.

  The Best Apartment in Triana!

  Liked: The apartment is well-located and exceptionally spacious compared to others in Sevilla. It was very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The outdoor terrace is the highlight — a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee. We stayed for over a month, and cleaning was done on three occasions, with some essentials restocked each time.

  Disliked: On one of the scheduled cleaning days, we were told the cleaner would arrive sometime between 11am and 3pm. We waited in all day, but the cleaner didn’t arrive until 3:15pm — only after we followed up with the host. The cleaning then took another two hours. One of the cleaners was excellent — quick and efficient. The other, however, spent nearly two hours hand-washing dishes I had already loaded into the dishwasher, which was odd since it just needed to be turned on. By the time everything was done, it was almost 5:30pm and most of the day had passed. That said, the quality of the cleaning was consistently excellent — the apartment was left spotless each time. As noted in other reviews, there is some noise from the street below, but it was mostly between 8–11am and didn’t bother us too much.
