  Our hotel in Seville

Liked: Location was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Disliked: The Internet was very, very poor. The bathroom was small and had transparent walls. Not ideal. Blinds might help.

The shower floor has heavy mildew! That was very disturbing and they don’t have a mini freezer or a coffee maker

Liked: The location is excellent! The service girls were awesome!

Disliked: The shower door allows for the water to go out gets and it gets very wet!

Trendy hotel in a great area

Liked: Cute comfortable and great location.

Disliked: I wish the rooms had mini fridges and/ or microwaves. Other than that, no other concerns.

This is the first time I’ve had such a bad experience at a hotel, would definitely not recommend

Liked: Well situated, directly in the city center

Disliked: The hygiene left a lot to be desired; in our view the hotel is clearly not deserving of its current cleanliness grade. There were mold residues on the joints in the bathrooms and suspicious white stains on the covers in one of the rooms. When we went to the reception to ask for a change of covers, we were told they could not be swapped that night. The worst however was that when we went back to that same room, we found it was inhabited by a live cockroach. We let the receptionist know, but the only response we could get is that live cockroaches could be found in rooms with balconies. We were given no alternative. We decided to leave the hotel immediately as we were worried about the hygiene and safety issues linked with the presence of cockroaches (the general state of the hotel reflected a lack of care and basic cleanliness). In addition, in the days before we arrived, I received several scam messages from different numbers claiming they were contacting me on behalf of hotel Tetuan. The worrying thing was that these messages all contained my personal check-in info (full name and date of arrival/departure). Not certain where the security breach came from but it made us feel rather unsafe for our private information.

Cute hotel by the center of old town

Liked: The location being in the old town. However mind you that uber will not go all the way to the hotel, you’ll need to walk a few minutes.

Disliked: The shower door doesn’t close properly so after showering, I discovered that I created a lake in the bathroom.

  Okay

  Liked: Location. Reception area

Disliked: It was very expensive for the standard of the room and bathroom. I couldn’t get to grips with the air conditioning and so it kept coming on noisily.
