  Great value, close to everything, local neighborhood

  Liked: This a a great apartment. The location is a block or so out of the main tourist streets, which I view as a major plus. The neighborhood is comfortable with a number of local cervecerias around or alternatively within easy walking distance to all the major tourist areas. There are multiple supermarkets nearby and several great fruit places. The building is mostly occupied by locals and everybody was cool. The shower is one of the 9 wonders of the world with water as hot as you want it on demand. The hosts were always responsive.

  Disliked: You might need to close the bathroom window if someone smokes in the patio area, but it’s not oppressive

  Nice apartment, close to the train station, restaurant and tourist areas

  Liked: location, restaurants around, train station close to the apartment, close to the tourist areas, apartment clean.

  Disliked: suggestion: we didn't like to pick the keys from a lock box one block away. it is a little difficult to find it and to open the box from old people.

  Very satisfied stay

  Liked: The location of the apartment is very good, on the edge of the old city, comfortable and not too far away. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and contacted us in advance to inform us of all the details. The apartment is very clean, with various equipment to meet all needs, and the bathroom and shower are also very good.

  the perfect place to stay in Sevilla

  Liked: -the location it's close to the city center, is about a 10–15 minute walk away; - it’s close to various grocery stores where you can do your daily shopping; - it’s equipped with everything you need, and we honestly felt like we were in our own home; - the apartment was exactly as shown in the photos on Booking - the communication with the host was very good — we kept in touch via messages and received all the information we needed; - the fact that the apartment has a balcony was a big plus for me; - also, the building has a ramp and an elevator, which made it easier for us to access the building with a stroller.

  Disliked: The smell of food coming from the neighboring apartment when we opened the bathroom window.

  Great accommodation but could be better with the luggage storage service

  Liked: The location is very nice and the facility is good.

  Disliked: There is no luggage storage for travellers. You will be advised to go to the locker services nearby. Those services are self-service and needed to reserved in advance. We found them inconvenient since the pavements in the city are quite narrow and bumpy when pulling luggage.

  Great, comfortable apartment in a great location

  Liked: Great place, clean and comfortable. Great location, near the main attractions of Sevilla. The apartment was big and comfortable. The hosts were helpful, available if we needed help or had any questions.
