Exceptional
Liked: Spacious apartment, kitchen, upstairs room was cozy, hot water, all necessities were available.
Disliked: Strong sewer smell. However, that is the cities problem, not the owner.
Incredibly clean and well stocked! Would recommend!
Liked: Incredibly clean and well stocked. Was able to drop off luggage early while the staff cleaned the apartment for our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and bathrooms come with mini toiletries and hairdryer. Iron is also available. Perfect place to stay to explore nearby landmarks and live comfortably during your stay. Didn’t have any smell issues as mentioned in past reviews.
Overall a lovely apartment
Liked: Overall the apartment was really nice, loved it had 3 bedrooms and bathrooms and location was not to bad to the main attractions
Disliked: When we first arrived at the apartment there was an awfull sewage smell, all through, and then on the second day one of the downstairs toilets stopped flushing, and was persistently leaking, after a few calls to the owners smell and toilet was sorted, but the leak in toilet was still there which was unpleasant as there was still a smell
Uninhabitable conditions due to sewage odor by
Liked: The only positive comment we can make is that the unit seems to have been remodeled, just like in the pictures.
Disliked: Strong sewage odor throughout the apartment; no resolution and no proper response from property management. Upon arrival, the apartment was affected by a strong sewage odor that made it uninhabitable and raised serious health and hygiene concerns. We immediately contacted the host, who acknowledged the issue and asked us to wait 30 minutes while it was addressed by maintenance personnel. We waited over 90 minutes; no technician arrived, the problem was never resolved, and we received no further response from property management. Due to the severity of the conditions, we had no safe or reasonable alternative but to leave the property. Despite this, the reservation was canceled by the host and the full amount paid was retained. Additionally, upon entering the apartment, we found two black garbage bags with dirty linen from the previous stay placed directly in front of the entrance door, indicating that the unit had not been properly presented for new guests. Overall, a very disappointing experience that did not meet basic standards of habitability or hygiene.
will definitely come back again
