  Fantastic location and spacious rooms, but a few extra touches and more attentive hospitality would make the experience

  Liked: The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Seville and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, making our three-night stay very enjoyable.

  Disliked: There was no complimentary coffee available for guests, which would have been a nice touch. While the staff were polite, they didn’t go out of their way to make guests feel particularly welcome or enhance the overall experience. A little more attention to hospitality would have made our stay even better.
