  Lovely apartment and would definitely recommend

  Liked: Great location near the old town, lovely clean apartment, we had the 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious and the sofa bed was very easy to use.

  Disliked: Unfortunately the lock on the toilet door was broken so I was locked inside the toilet, luckily other guests managed to help get me out of the toilet, reported to hosts, due to maintenance not being able to come out during our one night stay we were unable to close the bathroom door fully for the rest of our stay, this did not have an affect on our stay and I hope the issue has been resolved.

  Liked: The property was in a good area and the staff had great communication.

  Disliked: We did not have any air conditioning and it was reported to staff at Smartr. They tried to get us into another room (smaller and not an appropriate exchange) very warm. The energy box in the apartment had tape over the air condition trips. So they knew the air conditioning was not working and didn’t get it fixed before our stay. Very poor and will not stay again.
