When I want a hotel, I don’t need online check in

Liked: The location was good as well as the bed

Disliked: The room is not soundproofed at all. When the person in neighboring room had to use the toilet at 3 AM, we were not spared any details. The same when the last person came into his room at 1 AM. I was looking for a hotel room and not a privately rented out lodging. First thing we notice: hotel door is closed. We had to fill the reception forms for both in all details before receiving the door keys. Second there is no reception desk in this building and we had to continue online for all further details.
