  Nice place to stay for a family of 4 for a longer period of time

  Liked: I was staying at the property for the Seville Marathon. Couldn't think of any better place to stay. The place is 2km walk from the start line. Store nearby, one block away, with all the necessary items to prepare the meals at home. The kitchen is fully equipped: cooktop, pans, pot, microwave, fridge, utensils, Nespresso machine and more allowing to prepare basically any meal you want during the stay. There's plenty of space for family of 4 people. Washing machine is available, so no problem to keep things fresh for longer stays. Keys were easy to pick up from the lock box nearby the property, so accessing it wasn't an issue. Host was very helpful. When we arrived, kitchen didn't had a bigger bowl to prepare salad. We asked for it and got it next day. There are some restaurants and bars nearby, however the main city centre area is further away, but for us it was within a walking distance (20 minutes of walk).

  It was good for the price, but any more expensive and I would be not happy

  Liked: Good floorspace, nice furniture. One of the two beds are comfortable.

  Disliked: Ants in the kitchen. No paper towels, no oil or any basic stuff in the kitchen.

  Not a very pleasant stay!

  Liked: The location was nice and quiet.

  Disliked: The first floor toilet had a stinking smell, the sliding door of toilet was very shaky which is still okay because there was another bathroom on the ground floor in a good condition. But the main problem was there were toiletries only for the first day. There is a washing machine but no detergent so it was of no use. We stayed in other cities in Spain and they were all well equipped. We are a family with a kid so it was a bit inconvenient not having essentials in the apartment.
