  Great stay in old town Seville

  Liked: Keyless access, online checkin, great reception, spotless room, bathroom, kitchenette, location was close to all our flamenco venues.

  Disliked: Parking was 5 minute walk to the hotel and quite expensive, this is normal in an old town like Seville.

  Worst stay ever!!!

  Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience — unacceptable conditions and very poor service I stayed at this property from 3rd October to 5th October 2026, and unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I arrived at approximately 9:00 AM, and the property charged me the full amount directly at the hotel while my room was still being prepared. However, when I finally checked in, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working and was displaying an error message. The front desk contacted a technician twice, but despite both attempts, the AC was never repaired. I was then expected to stay in the room with only a standing fan as an alternative, despite temperatures reaching approximately 30°C outside. This is completely unacceptable, particularly after I had already paid the full amount for the stay and the property had provided a room with a defective and essential facility. What made the situation even worse was the way the refund was handled. The property refused to provide a full refund, and because I had booked through Booking.com, I was only refunded 50%, leaving me to pay for a room that did not provide the basic conditions and facilities advertised. The condition of the room and bathroom was also extremely disappointing. There was visible mould on the bathroom ceiling, peeling paint, dirty walls, and towels that were in very poor condition. The hotel claims to provide toiletries, yet there was no shampoo, no conditioner, and no body lotion/moisturizer provided. Overall, the room was clearly not up to an acceptable hotel standard. The combination of a non-functioning AC, poor cleanliness, mould, deteriorating bathroom conditions, poor-quality towels and missing basic toiletries made the stay extremely uncomfortable.
