Liked: The accommodation is equipped with absolutely everything you need for a worry-free stay, and we didn’t lack anything.

Disliked: I was unaware that the accommodation appeared to be set up in what seemed to be a former storage facility. There were no windows, and the only way to ventilate the room was to keep the door open. The only source of natural light was the doorway, and there were security bars as well. Had I known about these conditions beforehand, I might have reconsidered making the reservation. The cleanliness was also disappointing, as there was dust throughout the room. Although the towels and bed linen appeared to have been washed, they were extremely worn out and damaged. Overall, the experience was far from pleasant, and these conditions negatively affected our stay.

Liked: Extremely spacious with a proper living room and then a bed in a smaller room adjacent, but without a door in between(this is for apartment B). Loved to have a washing machine in the bathroom, and we were lucky to find 2 laundry pods as well, even though the owner said there is no laundry detergent. Kitchen was decent as well, with a small cooking electric hob, microwave and toaster. Bathroom well equipped, plenty of shower gel and shampoo, which you don't find too often in rental apartments. Clothes iron and ironing board were available as well. Mercadona and Aldi close by, in under 10 min walk to reach them.

Disliked: The communication with the owner borderline abysmal. Tried to get in touch with them to ask them for the possibility of an early check-in through booking.com, WhatsApp and e-mail and no answer until the date to check-in where we came earlier and had the surprise to come and find the cleaning lady there still working. While the cleaning lady was a great person, the cleaning could have been done better, as I would find hair and crumbs on the floors. Yes, we did come early and she might have felt pressured to finish faster, but anyway there was no vaccuum cleaner, just broom and mop, which will never do a job as good as a vacuum cleaner. A bit far from the city center, a 30 min walk at least, some sights even further. So in really hot weather it can be a bit of a drag to walk on the way back.

Liked: The location is near the center, in a pretty neighbourhood. Getting the keys was really easy, the owner provided the code for a lockbox. The location is a safe one, really comfy, the bed is amazing and the fact that you got all the kitchen equipment you need is a massive plus!
