  Great location, fantastic staff, lovely lobby and shared terrace, clean and comfortable

  Liked: We made one reservation for a deluxe room--that room and room price was excellent. The bathrooms are seemingly new. Everything was quite clean and the lobby is beautiful. The common terrace was lovely and we enjoyed it in the evenings. Each of the staff members we encountered in 4 days of our stay was excellent!!

  Disliked: When we needed to extend our reservation for a day the deluxe room was not available so we had to move to a 'regular' room but the price was double what our original deluxe room cost--all through Booking.com. Why? One caveat to our satisfaction of the deluxe room is that the toilet tissue in all the rooms is not on a roll, but comes from a dispenser in pieces--I detest that type of paper--personal take. Another is that there is no tea kettle or microwave. The rooms on the bottom floor suffer from humidity and the one we were required to move to for the second reservation did have a dehumidifier in the room.

  Liked: Good sized room. The patio is very cute. we enjoyed our stay. Plus, there's a very good gelato place nearby!

  Disliked: A bit of walk to the tourist attractions but still manageable. Need to wait a bit for the water to heat up.

  I still recommend this place because of the location and very clean

  Disliked: lavatory sink in the bathroom is the only thing that i dislike very tiny size. That size is only good for washing your hands but if you brush your teeth or wash your face you will have a hard time. Hope they will changed that very tiny lavatory sink.

  Disliked: I’m really wondering what is defined as boutique this hotel did not fall into this category at all it was tired and in need of an overhaul. It was one but the word boutique is misleading
