So far, the worst apartment I've ever stayed in
Liked: Having parking available was a big help
Disliked: - Hard to get any kind of information after the Check in. - The apartment was very basic. the interior is in need of some work. The sofas are quite old and not at all comfortable, and the beds are the same they make a lot of noise if you move at night. - I was required to deposit 200 euros, and the money was supposed to be credited 24 to 48 hours after checkout. So far, nothing has happened, and since checkout, they have stopped responding to my messages. I tried the establishment’s alternative phone numbers without success.
Bargain ski trip

Cheap, warm, and safe place to sleep. Parking is NOT guaranteed. Beds unmade and uncomfortable
Liked: The location was fine. The place was a warm, dry, and safe place to crash before/after skiing. Shower was small but hot. It was 5x cheaper than the beautiful hotel I wanted, so husband was happy.
Disliked: Had to go to separate location to get keys. Limited reception hours. The listing said parking was available. We paid for it, and were given a garage door opener. There were no unlocked spaces across 4 floors of parking. The receptionist said to call her if we got over there and there were no spots. So we called, her and she provided more info. Still no spots with the additional info. Then she said she couldn't come help us, even though she said she would. She offered a refund which wasn't acceptable, as public parking garage was far away and full. Finally, we went back to her location and she provided a different garage door opener. That garage had ONE spot left. So parking took an hour and was almost a disaster. Apartment beds not made...you have to make your own beds, and mattresses were bare, no mattress pads etc. Mattresses extremely uncomfortable, with noticeable springs sticking into our sides all night. No guardrails on upper bunks for kids. Kitchen extremely basic (running water, a few plates, cups, silverware, and couple pots) with no supplies, and a toaster that almost started a fire and filled the apartment with smoke. It's basically a private hostel.
Disliked: There was very cold and windows with big gaps to let cold air come inside much more easy.
