  Awesome stay at sierra nevada 3000

  Liked: Very friendly staff, and very helpful. Location is perfect for lifts and supermarkets. I had a lovely terrace to sit on at the end of the day and have a glass's of wine and watchthe sun go down.. I would also recommend the parking.

  Liked: The staff is good

  Disliked: There was no Wi-Fi and hairdryer. There was a huge problem with the deposit refund. The hotel provided some kind of receipt that didn't match my booking and proved the deposit had been returned. It took 15 days of constant contact with the hotel, Booking.com, and my bank to confirm that the payment was still blocked.

  Good, but could be cleaner

  Liked: The property has a great location and everything we can expect for that value of money.

  Disliked: I’ve already mentioned the conditions are good for the value we pay, however, mould was found in some mattresses and bed sheets were dirty.

  Liked: The location, short walk from the middle station of the cable car going to the plaza. Good heating.

  Disliked: Very small apartment, limited cutlery and plates, no oven.

  Shambly place

  Disliked: The place is in poor condition, poorly maintained, and cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The apartment was offered as accommodation for 4 people, but 3 barely fit. Would not recommend.
