Very good
great short break with SURYNIEVE
Liked: Very prompt, polite and friendly communication with the host. Easy key collection. Apartment is very clean. Covered parking garage. The kitchen has everything you need, but no dishwasher. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Easy check out and we could leave our car until 4:30 pm at the garage on check out day. Thanks for that! Plenty of places to eat nearby. The apartment was very warm, so we had to turn off all the heaters.
Disliked: a bit far walking distance from the Mirlo Blanco activities for kids. Challenging to stay here for invalid people or with the buggy, because of very narrow lift and stairs.
Good to know
We pre-authorize a deposit of 150€ one day before arrival by credit card and it is released once the flat has been cleaned and checked.
We do not accept groups under 21 years of age in this accommodations. The deposit for groups under 25 years old is 50€ per person.
The collection of keys will be at our office located at Calle Virgen de las Nieves 35, Edificio Arttyfal (Sierra Nevada).
The timetable for key collection is from 17:00 to 21:00 hours. After 21:00 hours we will leave the keys in a security box and we will send you directions to the accommodations.
Check-out time on the last day is before 11 am.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
