  Apartment run down, but fantastic location

  Liked: Location was excellent, good size apartment, responsive customer service

  Disliked: Many things broken such as bathroom door handle (was unable to shut door safely without getting stuck inside), shower, shoe storage, bathroom mouldy and unclean, chipped crockery, little to no kitchen accessories, no real heating, just two small oil radiators, no WIFI. Christmas decorations still hung up which made us wonder if the apartment has been checked since December. Appreciate many visitors during high season however distinct lack of care and attention.

  Liked: It was not the location the Apt was advertised for.We stayed in the Mont Blanc complex.This location was very central in the heart of the village.The view from the balcony was stunning.

  Disliked: The contents of the apartment are dated.Of the 4 mugs,2 were chipped (for a long time).The wine bottle opener was broken.Only 1 wine glass. A recently new duvet BUT no duvet cover 😵‍💫.The other duvet( throw) was dated. On leaving we left the apt clean & tidy. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR €200 DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED. We departed at 8 30 on 09/04/26 and today is 18 10 on 13/03/26.

  perfect location, beds and bath upstairs

  Liked: location was exceptional. Very close to main Cabin lift and in centre of new town. Great views, nice to have a terrace.Nice hot shower. Ski locker downstairs very handy. it was a good apartment, just needs some Tlc.

  Disliked: No coffee machine or Spanish/French press, corkscrew. bathroom had a bit of damp. both bedrooms and bathroom are situated up a steep spiral staircase. not the best for young children or elderly people. Some of the lights not working, kitchen had a single socket for all appliances.

  worst booking ever!

  Liked: Location was good

  Disliked: There was a leak in the bathroom, with a bucket collecting the water, and we had to manage emptying the bucket every few hours! there was a dripping noise the whole time! it said the place was self catering but lacked basic items like a tea towel, utensils for cooking, they didn't even provide toilet roll! I had to make the beds up on my arrival, which was not ideal as at least I knew they were clean as everything in the place did not look like it had been cleaned. The electricity in the apartment kept tripping if you used multiple sockets, so basically you couldn't cook!!!

  It has potential

  Liked: The apartment es very well located, easy to access and clean.

  Disliked: There was only one very small radiator or heater in the whole property. We spent our entire stay very uncomfortable inside the apartment as the temperatures were very low inside. We travel with our son and he had to were double layered inside.
