Exceptional
Liked: Any problems(eg the heater didn't seem to like being switched on and off) were addressed immediately.Agustin helped us throughout and was always on hand if needed
Nice cosey apartment for friend and family while on a ski trip
Liked: Nice modern apartment with beautiful views. Staff member who runs the apartment was very helpful when we needed directions due to road closures. Covered parking space was big enough to fit our SUV Peugeot 3001.
Disliked: The pillows on the beds are one single long pillow which is shared by two people sleeping in the bed. These are not the most comfortable and personally we didn’t like them. We spent 3 nights here while skiing, it would have been nice if there were some basic cooking supplies like oil and salt.
Great place to stay whether it’s with family or friends, this location is certainly and Los definitely worth it!
Liked: Cozy, comfortable, clean, amazing view and very well equipped. 100% recommended. Javier was incredibly welcoming and prepared the room for just before our arrival, treated us great and took care of our family.
Very friendly and helpful staff and a great apartment
Liked: Great apartment and a wonderful stay. Very attentive, friendly and service minded staff. Every day they took us back and forth to the ski lift. Any requests were attended to promptly. Being able to rent on the spot made everything so easy. The steam shower was also a big bonus after long days on the slopes:) Highly recommend!

Spectacular views
Liked: The views are spectacular and the property is comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortqble
Disliked: The showers only fit people that are shorter than 1.70m The 2 bedrooms upstairs are completely open and don't have individual doors. The apartment is at the very top end zone of Sierra Nevada and is a 10 min walk to the telesilla and then a further 10 min ride to the main square and telecabin.
