  Pretty poor experience - could easily be so much better

  Liked: Rang the hosts as we were arriving earlier and they allowed us to get into the property when we got into Sierra Nevada. The location si good (once we discovered the bus) with good access to the slopes (almost ski in / ski out)

  Disliked: We were literally let into the property and then the host left immediately. There was no information book to tell us how things worked or how to access ski lifts / times of the bus and where to get it - so no location info at all. There was no kettle and only 2 cups for a group of four - when I asked for a kettle and more cups - we were bought 3 cups and told that there was no kettle - however to be fair the hosts did get us a kettle in the end. I don't expect to have to boil water on a stove or in a microwave to be able to make a drink. The shower in the main bathroom was not sealed and so water poured out onto bathroom floor when it was used, so everyone just used the en-suite. If you run the hot water tap in the kitchen sink for a while and have a few of the lights on - the whole electricity trips out and you have to flick fuse switch back on. The light switch in one of the bedrooms is literally behind the pillows at pillow height so if you moved it switched the main light on in the bedroom (at 4am!!) Pretty poor experience all round really.
