Liked: This is a big house with 3 bedrooms (double bed) + 2 bathrooms and 1 small bedroom (single bed with small private bathroom). Large living room with a large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Swimming pool plus pool table and ping pong table outside. Very quiet area, just 3 min walk from the beautiful beach with very safe shallow water. Small supermarket 2 min walk. This is a great house and location perfect for a family holiday. We loved everything here. Key is in the safe box at the front entrance so you can check in at any time. Duves, blankets, towels included. Great value for money. We fully recommend it.

  Disliked: Everything was just perfect.

Beautiful location. We had a lovely time. We love Menorca especially Santo Tomàs

Liked: Location Parking Big lounge Large upstairs balcony which seated 7 Plenty of space in the villa on the whole for party of 7. Price was cheaper than other villas in the area. Kitchen well equipped Villa very clean. Two male villa plus staff very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Pool to small to accommodate 7 people, couldn’t fit 7 loungers around the pool. Not enough large umbrellas for shade. Table and chairs for four by pool, we were a group of 7 so having a bbq outside meant not enough places for people to sit BBQ provided was tiny, 2 people max Air conditioning in upstairs double room very noisy and dripped water Shower in single bed room needs upgrading Fridge door rusty and door fell off on last day. Not fit for purpose.
