  Relaxed stay and a base to explore near the Pyrenees

  Liked: Large apartment, equipped well with kitchen appliances, washing machine and drier. Good location for exploring the region - Aiguestortes park, rafting, local castles etc. There's a public swimming pool adjacent to the apartment. An elevator is being installed in the building right now, so good for future visitors, Owner was helpful in addressing issues in the flat (torn shower hose).

  Disliked: Apartment was up a long flight of stairs with no elevator so we had to carry our suitcases upstairs. As of writing this review it appears that an elevator is being installed now - its construction was also a bit of inconvenience for us.

  Stay away from this dishonest and quackery host!!!

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: It is a fraud and bluff to rent out an apartment with the necessary facilities like water, electricity, heating or cooling but don’t deliver one or some of them during the stay time. The supply of water was so low that we couldn’t use the shower during our stay. We couldn’t use the toilet in a hygienic way. We had to collect water in the saucepan and use it to flush the toilet. This shortage caused lots of irritation and inconvenience during our 6 persons family stay in the apartment managed by Wintuwin. We noticed from the beginning that there was no water in the pipes. We informed the host but the excuse from the host was that there was kind of dog agility!!!! in the city and the authorities has warned for 1 hour interruption in water supply. But this problem continued during whole the night and the day after when we left. Using an app/internet system, the host hides himself from the guests, never shows ups and writes back instead of answering the phone calls. I’ve been many times in contact with the host through WhatsApp chat and sent them many videos explaining the situation when we were there, but nobody came to control. On the contrary, in a quackery way the host sent me a video from another apartment 4 hours after we left the apartment to show there is no problem with the water supply. The host deleted that video later after some hours. Wintuwin has not been honest and accommodating and should not rent out the the apartment at all. Here I claim refund of whole the rent and €200 as compensation for the damages.

  Super disappointing stay

  Liked: Rialp is quiet. Easy Parking. Beds were good and apartment was modern and well equipped.

  Disliked: Communication with host was challenging.. Getting the keys is like an escape room challenge.. get a code to building A, go in, code to box, get room keys, apartment 3-4 blocks away, second floor. Can probably be easier.. WiFi did not work. Took 1hr of attempts at 7-8pm on arrival day, for host to believe me I am entering the right pwd that did not work. Thigh eventually he contacted the ISP, the Problem did not resolve. After 3 days of no WiFi kids were waiting for it. Very disappointing. Host made no attempt the next day to resolve or communicate anything to us. Elevator not only was not working, it was construction site and being worked until 8pm daily with open pear… place was a construction site.. wish we had known about this.. Without the WiFi issue and elevator, probably experience would have been completely different.
