  Hopefully next time will get a better apartment

  Liked: Parking space, quiet, view, bath! Reception was great with resolving issues 👌🏽

  Disliked: Apartment was not 100% clean. Furniture was old and very used. Extractor was not 100 % fitted properly. Fridge was rusty. Kettle had to be changed as it was all dirty and flaky inside! Football pitch was all in tatters! Ground was all lifted. Please dont say its because its the end of the season. The state of pitch was is not of only using this summer. It looks that maintenance is not very good throughout!

  My first 1/10 rating. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism

  Liked: Location, sea view and view of Gibraltar, swimming pool, spacious apartment.

  Disliked: We requested a late check-in (11 PM–12 AM), but reception was closed and no one answered our messages. The phone number on the door led only to a non-functional chatbot that failed to connect us to staff to get the key box code. At 1 AM, we had to quickly find alternative accommodation, which cost us €360 in Manilva due to limited options (min. 3-night stay). We have everything documented. Although the hotel admitted their fault (someone was supposed to be on call), they still refuse to resolve the issue and just keep passing us back and forth with Booking.com support. Absolute lack of interest in the guest.

  Pleasant stay

  Liked: Amazing view to the rock of Gibraltar and on a clear day you can see as far as Morocco! 2 bed Flat was spacious and well equipped

  Disliked: No natural light in the bedrooms except from the corridor which has curtains. All restaurants and shop are shut during low season, from mid-October. Need a car as it is remote.

  Good but could be great

  Liked: When I first arrived, there was no electricity working in the entrance and hallway to reach my room. No hand soap, no kettle, and no toaster. The electricity was fixed 2 days later and I was given a kettle when I asked at reception.

  Disliked: Price. Animal hair in bedding. Paid parking Swimming pool had hair and the pool floor wasn't clear
