Exceptional
Liked: Convenient for the Spanish ferry ports
Disliked: Poor food availability. In the hotel
Always has been and always will be the best in Suances
Liked: Always has been and probably always will be the best hotel in Suances. A special shout out to Mohamed at reception. An asset to the hotel who engages with the hotels guests in a lovely way. And not to forget the breakfast chef whose laugh and smile is infectious! She’s lovely and remembered me from before as did another member of the breakfast team 😊
Disliked: The towels are a little old and need replacing
Disliked: We had a meal in the restaurant, the food was rushed out one after another, why eating dessert the waiter handed our bill and stood waiting for payment while we was eating and told which door to leave restaurant as restaurant had a coach load of people and we wasn't offered any coffee or anything else.
A perfect stay in a great hotel
Liked: Everything was perfect! The staff were lovely, the room was great, breakfast was really good and parking was good too.
Disliked: Nothing
What a gem of a hotel!
Liked: A very welcoming, well-managed, great value hotel. From the moment we arrived we felt completely spoiled. The warm and courteous reception staff, the smiling and helpful dining room staff and cleaners all worked very hard to make our stay so enjoyable. The room was quiet, comfortable and beautifully clean. The breakfast was outstanding with an unbelievable amount of choice of hot, cold, healthy (and slightly less healthy!) food. We booked in for two evening meals and found the food delicious and beautifully presented. The motor racing theme added to the fun of the experience. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the beach.
Disliked: Although the food was excellent, being coffee lovers, we would have appreciated a better quality of coffee than the push button machine provided.
Liked: 2nd stay at this lovely boutique hotel, themed on Motorsport especially Ferrari. Breakfast always superb and massive choice. Evening meals are also superb. Good secure parking. Linen on the tables top notch as was the table service for dinner.
Disliked: Air conditioning in our room was below par, unless we got the settings wrong!
