  Liked: Location, lovely apartment

  Disliked: Chose this because I had double hip replacements, and there was a lift. Unfortunately the lift was out of order for a day then people came to repair and it worked once then stopped.....not great.

  Good value

  Liked: The location is great, right in the city center. The apartment looks good, was sparkling clean, the bed is comfortable. The check-in process was smooth, contactless. Also, there are some shops nearby (also Lidl is 1 km away).

  Disliked: I would have liked to have some salt, pepper, oil for cooking. Even if there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee tablets to insert in it.

  Liked: I loved this place, near the church, the vibe was amazing, the communication was smooth!

  Disliked: It would be useful to change some of the kitchen pans as they get sticky and hard to wash:)

  Liked: These apartments are in a great location. Clean and quiet.

  Disliked: Once you make your reservation, you are directed to complete their online checkin and to pay an 80 Euro security deposit. Their platform to pay this deposit did not work. It would not authorize my credit card. I called my bank and the problem was with their website. It was suggested that I pay by paypal or by bank transfer. Neither of which work for me. It was stressful because the information for the apartment wouldn't be released. The manager agree to take a cash deposit but only if our arrival time suited her. Luckily it did. However, we wanted to check out at 8:00am but she could come until 8:50am to give us back our deposit. I really like this place but am not sure that I will book there again due to this security deposit issue.
