Liked: A well-located spot relative to Tarifa; it is very clean, quiet, and easy to access, with a pleasant terrace available. We received a very warm welcome and recommend "Alojamiento Mesón el Pozuelo".
Disliked: A capsule machine is available, but it only makes coffee with milk—no black coffee. Nothing else we didn't like...
Amazing stay in Tarifa
Liked: What a lovely stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Rafa. He is a genuinely caring and attentive host who really goes the extra mile for his guests. The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet at night. Just across the road (it is a busy road, but easy enough to cross) you can access a beautiful nature reserve with an variety of birds, which is especially great if you enjoy birdwatching. And the kitespots are really nearby! Tarifa is also within walking distance, although it takes around 30–35 minutes. The walk itself is nice, as you can take a path through the nature reserve. Thank you for the wonderful stay! I wish you all the best, and maybe we’ll see you again next time!

Disliked: when getting out of the hotel you face a dangerous road which is pretty difficult to cross by car to go back in Tarifa's direction or by walk to go to the beach

Disliked: The sliding bathroom door was jammed and very difficult to operate. The toilet seat was loose. Both issues were raised upon first entrance, with the owner replying that he was aware of them, but couldn't fix them during high tourist season. Yet he was still renting out that room...
