Exceptional
The property, accomodations and staff were exceptional. Among all of our stays during our 10 day visit to the area, this
Liked: So, so beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer or lived close enough to come back with my entire vacation.
Disliked: Only that my visit was so short.
Greet hotel and location. Service and approach from evening female receptionist was extremely poor
Liked: Great location; junior suites are great; pool area is very good
Disliked: We had a rare but very difficult experience with the receptionist one evening who was incredibly rude and difficult. The experience and exceptional poor service was not what we have had previously so it stood out and affected our view of the stay. I do hope that this isn’t marking a change in the approach to hiring staff and the training they receive or the attitudes to their guests in the future. If it is then we will have to make alternative accommodation arrangements
Hidden Gem
Liked: Beautiful rooms with loads of space. We had a huge round sunken bath in the separate bathroom area. Relaxing tranquil surroundings with a nice pool and ducks and peacocks in the garden area. Location is just across the road from the beach but you will need a car to get into Tarifa town Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner in the hotel is well worth doing as it was excellent and a really romantic al fresco setting.

Liked: We had a lovely stay and everything was good. Our room was a good size and was clean and had a bath! The pool was lovely and the staff were very helpful and courteous. We will definitely be back.
