Exceptional
Great location
Liked: The location is fantastic, the apartment was very clean. And I loved the views of Castillo de Guzman el Bueno!
Disliked: There were no kitchen towels of any kind, which may have been an oversight. And there was a problem with the shower drain, so only one of us got a shower. We let the owner know, so I'm sure it was addressed. The beds were very firm, which I loved and my daughter didn't love.

Apartment close to ferry
Liked: Great communication. Location to the ferry was fantastic. Apartment had a lot of amenities.
Disliked: There are two flights of very steep stairs to get up to the apartment. My sister strained her knee on the stairs. Plus the kids play area across the street from apartment are loud till midnight. Plus bar is loud. Didn't get to sleep till 12:15am in the morning because the kids were screaming, yelling and crying.
Liked: The location is perfect. The room was spotless, nicely decorated and well lit. If window is closed, you cannot hear the noise from the patio of the busy restaurant below. When on, the AC worked great.
Disliked: The bed and pillow were VERY hard. The AC (which works great) must be on a motion sensor because it turns off when you are sleeping causing the room to get hot and stuffy. My room had one window which did not allow for fresh air circulation to compensate for no AC at night. Between the rock hard pillow and the hot room, I did not sleep well at night. Both of these issues seem like an easy fix however I was only there for 2 nights so I did not contact the owner. If I did maybe they would have given me a soft pillow and changed the timer on the AC.
