Liked: the view, the appartment, the host - very nice place to stay!
Disliked: you can hear the people under you very clear, so if you have a family there with a baby that moves furniture in the morning, the experience is a bit different then expected
We had a perfect stay here. The apartments are really nice, clean. The beach and Tarifa are only a 10 minute drive

Disliked: I didn’t give any thought to it being out of the town. My error. A taxi cost more than we expected and that was the only thing. We did hitchhike two times and the same person picked us up both times! A car would be the best option.

Liked: The villa has the most beautiful views of the La Peña valley and Tarifa beach and the patio area is perfect for bird watching! The beds are really comfortable and it was immaculately clean when we arrived.
Disliked: The water pressure is excellent so it takes a bit of practice getting the shower head to stay on the wall, it's fine once you get the hang of it though.
Liked: We had a great stay at Villa María. We arrived late at night and Jesús kindly waited for us and explained everything about the apartment. The place is clean, new, well-equipped and comfortable — with internet, kitchenware, air conditioning and very good beds. We stayed in mid-December: it was a bit cool, but the AC heating was enough for us. The location is amazing — stunning 360° panoramic views of nature and the Gibraltar area. Unfortunately, it rained heavily during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy the hiking routes — worth checking the weather in advance. Overall, a great place and a very kind and helpful host. We would be happy to return.
