  Quick walk to Playa de La Garita

  Liked: Javier was an outstanding and generous host. The flat was extremely well-equipped -- I stayed there a month and didn't need to buy anything but groceries. It's a two minute walk from the supermarket and a 3 minute walk to the beach. The bus to Las Palmas is a ten minute walk.

  Disliked: When taking a shower, the drain smells like sewage. Also, the water heater must be tiny because hot water only lasts for 3 or 4 minutes. Overall, though, I'm glad I stayed there.

  Liked: Friendly host, fully equipped flat, fully equipped kitchen, location close to the beach, quiet street, clean, TV with Netflix, good materaces.

  Disliked: The windows could close more tightly but anyway there was not much noise coming from outside.
