  The stay had to be cut short due to unresolved habitability issues, resulting in additional out-of-pocket costs and sign

  Liked: The apartment appeared clean on arrival and is reasonably located for access to local amenities. Self check-in was straightforward.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the apartment presented several serious issues that made it unsuitable for a long stay. The shower drain repeatedly backed up and overflowed, the bathroom sink did not provide hot water, and the apartment suffered from persistent high humidity and thermal discomfort both day and night. The bathroom had no proper ventilation, which worsened the humidity. An air-conditioning unit was physically installed and shown in the listing photos but was unusable, as the remote was not provided, which was misleading and prevented humidity control. There was also significant noise due to lack of sound insulation, and additional fees for basic services such as cleaning or linen changes were only communicated after booking. Despite attempts to resolve these issues, no practical solution was offered, and I was forced to leave the accommodation early.

  Liked: We really liked the apartment overall. It is modern, recently renovated and well maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including pots, pans, dishes, a sandwich maker, fridge and even small basics like salt and tea, which was very useful. The apartment also has all the necessary amenities for a longer stay, such as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The bed linen, blankets, and towels were clean and in good condition, which made the stay comfortable. Another big plus was the large smart TV, which allows access to YouTube and Netflix, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. Free street parking in the area was also convenient.

  Disliked: One downside is that the photos show what looks like a balcony, but Apartment C does not actually have an outdoor space. Cleanliness could be improved, as we noticed dust and minor issues when we arrived and the dish sponge was not new. However, we contacted the person in charge of the apartment and the next day the cleaning lady brought a brand-new sponge, so the issue was quickly resolved. Parking can also be difficult during busy periods, such as holidays, when it takes time to find a space in the evenings.

  Great place

  Liked: Nice apartment, very confortable and clean. Easy checkin and checkout.

  Disliked: It was just a bit dark and cold as it's a ground floor with no balcony. Difficult to find parking outside.

  Clean, but the walls are very thin — you can hear the neighbors. Earplugs are needed for sleeping

  Good place but ants infested

  Liked: It was great for our stay, staff very nice, and the basics are present.

  Disliked: There were ants in the place, spoiled our food on several accounts and our 1y old was playing on the floor with ants. This is the only reason of our lower score.

  It is a ok place, when you come to sleep and go the next day again

  Liked: It is a ok place, when you come to sleep and go the next day again........ It`s a nice, small, clean apartment....

  Disliked: You are in a cave, doesn`t matter which window you open, a concrete wall will always be your view...but still the apartment isn`t dark.....but, i think nobody would rent this one on a monthly basis. It`s in the middle of town, the streets around are small and difficult to drive (as right and left cars are parking), each day you have to look for a parking spot on the street (i stayed one week, if you know where to look, you will find a space). For me it was ok, as the island itself it was....but both, i wouldn`t visit again.....next time Fiji again:)
