Great spot for exploring Terrassa
Liked: Large, beautifully decorated room with lots of space to get comfortable. The terrace was wonderful to have breakfast in the morning.
Disliked: The wardrobe light came on in the middle of the night, waking me up and causing a bit of a fright, since it should only be activated by the motion of the door opening
Liked: The location is excellent, the room was clean and was cleaning daily. No breakfast included and I couldn't see any staff during my stay. Vitual key was great easy to enter. Complement was nice (water, wine, coffee, tea)
Disliked: I would like to see somebody, but it was okay.
A lovely, secure accommodation central to pretty much anything you would need including the public transit
Liked: The location was central, the room was large, and had everything we needed including kitchen items, a fridge, coffee maker etc. the bathroom was large and clean. Communication was kind and prompt. Parking was nearby and secure. We were treated to a bottle of wine and bottles of water which was wonderful after long days of touring! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Liked: Location
Disliked: Difficulty accessing the apartment, the second bed, which was supposed to be a sofa bed was a mattress on the floor at the bottom of the only bed, pressed against the wall.
Poor service in a city worth skipping althogether
Liked: The room is well decorated and spacious. It’s centrally located and you can walk out to find restaurants and shops, although lack of vehicle access means you need to carry your bags through pedestrian streets.
Disliked: We booked a suite to accommodate a pull out couch for our child. We were told because we booked late they couldn’t make up the bed (we booked at 9pm but ok…). They said there were linens there we could use to make up the bed, but none were there. It didn’t matter because the room stunk of cigars and wasn’t usable. On top of that we had no bath towels and after a long day of travel had to shower and drip dry. They were full of blame and excuses. When I complained, they blamed me for booking late (why advertise a room when you can’t service it?!? How is that on me?). They acknowledged the towel issue but then said they delivered some at 10am the next day- as if I should have been happy with that. I asked them for a refund on the larger room, then came more excuses. It was exhausting. Avoid this place
