Pleasant
Liked: Location is great - right by the park and close to the train station.
Disliked: Three things were not tip top: lots of signs to say not to make noise, but people right outside the window are very very noisy, a few basic things were missing - such as a bottle opener and no AC did make it very hot. Not huge things, but for the price, things one would expect
Well located, comfortable 2 bad flat, that need better cleaning and replacement of some items
Liked: - Very good location, near the station and park, not far from the city centre. - Property has everything that you need (if it worked) - bathroom, bedroom with double bad, living room with sofa bad and kitchen. - staff provided with a new dish sponge and clothes. There was dishwashing liquid available. - sufficient set of pans and pots (we were cooking our food in there) as well as plates, glasses and cutlery - sufficient number of towels - we could arrive anytime as due to code based door lock there was no need for staff to be present on our arrival.
Disliked: - Washing machine didn’t work (staff told us that new one would be delivered within 48/72h, but in our week long stay it was not fixed/replaced). - Insufficient supplies (only two roll of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher tablets), so you need to buy these yourself. We bought pack of dishwasher tablets- hope next renting people will be able to use it. - most apartments that I had used so far, had some basic spices (pepper, salt), sugar maybe olive oil - nothing like that hear (apart from 3 cups of coffee) - for a week stay we needed to buy 1kg of sugar, pepper, 0.5kg salt etc, most of which we were not able to use fully - hope other people renting find it handy. - flat was not clean - we needed to clean it on a first day (hair, dust and rubbish under furniture). There is no vacuum cleaner, so cleaning means dust brush, mop and cloth (which explains why they can not maintain cleanliness) - broken doors in 2 cabinets - broken shower head (you need to use rain shower)

Liked: Nice apartment, comfortable position near the train station and not far from the city centre. Wifi works well. Online check in runs smoothly.
Disliked: The owners should specify that items such as towels and toilet paper are not included in the fee and no replacement or top-up of such items is available. We only had one large and one small towel (two adults, three nights) and only one roll of toilet paper. We asked for more but they didn't comply. Also, no info available on waste sorting.
