Fabulous
Convenient for Barcelona but still a bit of a trip
Liked: Car parking was valuable (bit tight!). It is just 15-20 mins walk to the trains to get into Barcelona. Well appointed and comfy enough.
Disliked: Although we knew the distances, it was a bit of an effort getting into Barcelona and back but definitely doable. Tricky communication and to find the entrance to the car park as there was no photo or specific directions, but we managed it. Flats are quite close together and are a bit noisy, but not because anyone was being antisocial. Restaurants nearby aren’t the best selection, just basic food.

The price was very good for July, and train stations if you go to Barcelona centre are also near (10-15 min walk)

Lovely apartment just outskirts of Barcelona
Liked: Clean and nice apartments with private parking. Easy train access for travelling to Barcelona. Air conditioning is bonus.
Pleasant and comfortable apartment near downtown Terrassa
Liked: This was a charming, cozy and clean apartment and quite easily accessible by foot and public transit and with nice restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. The communication with the host was clear and consistent and the building felt safe and pleasant. The kitchen was basic but perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Terrassa another time. The public transportation to Barcelona was reliable, cheap and accessible so it was also a good base for day trips into the city.
Disliked: The sound insulation with neighbouring apartments was not very good, so we could hear conversations and other daily noises from next door. We had a bit of trouble making contact for the keys, but this was likely a miscommunication due to our lack of Spanish - the hosts were friendly and accommodating when we did get through to them, but do be sure you have a working phone.
