Liked: I Arrived at the property at 15.30.There was no one there to sort me out.No reception.The restaurant next door rang all the buttons at the door and rang there number but no answer.One tenant got me in the building and also tried to contact the reception.No luck.I gave up and moved on.I have been ripped off for £101.80.Hotel.Com have scammed me.

Perfectly Pleasant - Great Location
Liked: Great location with easy access to the historical city center. The room seemed freshly remodeled and was quite comfy overall.
Disliked: There is no reception (at least not during the time I was there), so check in was a bit chaotic for me, but the staff was responsive on WhatsApp and it all worked out quite easily. Also, despite what the listing says, there is no free parking. You can park for free overnight in designated Blue Zone spots near the hostal, but you must pay beginning at 9am.
