  Spacious and comfortable apartment, a very good option for Toledo

  Liked: We stayed at Ático Terraza Imperial from August 4th to 6th and overall had a very good stay. The apartment is really nice, with very spacious bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and air conditioning in all rooms, which was definitely appreciated during summer in Toledo. The air conditioning units are quite old and the remote controls can sometimes be a little tricky to use, with some functions apparently not working, but they cooled the rooms properly, which was the important part for us. One of the bathrooms also has a slightly unusual shower setup, apparently converted from a bathtub without changing the original position of the faucet. It takes a little getting used to, but nothing that significantly affected our stay. The host personally handed us the keys and was very friendly. She also sent us plenty of useful information and recommendations about Toledo, its main attractions and things to do, which we appreciated. Communication was certainly enthusiastic, although sometimes a little confusing. There were some mix ups with the reservation names, and on our departure day she rang our bell about an hour before check out to access a storage closet used for cleaning supplies. These were minor details in an otherwise very pleasant stay. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and well equipped, and I would happily consider staying here again, especially for another summer visit to Toledo.

  Wonderful apartment with a great view of Toledo

  Liked: The apartament is in the city centre. Very nice place and it's really great location. It has a beautiful view. Too bad, that we stayed only for one night.

  Disliked: The owner was nice, but she was in a hurry to get to another apartment. Check-in was a bit stressful because we haven't received a registration form in advance, and the owner was upset about that.

  Liked: Aztivo-Terraza Imperial was great. The apt was perfectly located, and staff was very helpful with planning, greetings, and overall communication. The terrace had a great view, and we'd go back. If you're driving, parking is a bit of a walk and a little pricey but safe.

  Disliked: Thanks, Ana, for everything. We enjoyed Toledo and the place. Thanks for all your explanations and dealing with us who are not good with our spanish.

  Exceptional

  Liked: Location, location, location. Less than 5 minute walk to the chapel for 8am mass. Beautiful Palm Sunday mass at the Cathedral. Central to everything. Cute terrace! Ana is a great host. Thanks for a great stay!
