Exceptional
This place is a true gem
Liked: This mini-hotel was the best place I stayed during my trip to the Basque Country. It has a scenic location, friendly staff, stylish, freshly renovated rooms, and cozy shared spaces, including a living room, kitchen, and terrace. There is a lively bar and restaurant in the hotel and free parking spaces nearby. It takes only about 30 minutes to get to San Sebastián, Vitoria-Gasteiz, or the ocean beach villages, but there are also options for mountain biking, hiking, etc., nearby. The place is so calm and relaxing that you can only hear the birds. And the terrace with its mountain and sunset views was my favorite spot 😍
Disliked: It would be great to have a formal breakfast menu with the available options listed. Instead, we were asked what we wanted, which made me feel a bit puzzled as I didn't know what options were available.
A place worth staying at for warm friendly service with comfortable rooms and great food
Liked: Excellent and comfortable Inn style hotel with great food anbd a cosy bar and restaurant with lots of locals eating and drinking. Probably the best omlete I have ever eaten for breakfast. I will stay there, up in the hills in a quiet town location again.
Incredible place to stay, with an excellent breakfast and really helpful staff
Liked: The room and facilities were superb and the staff were incredible- so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent- best cheese omelette I’ve had along with great coffee, fresh orange juice and toast. We ate a tasty simple meal in the restaurant one evening and cooked in the kitchen on our first night. We parked in the street and it was safe and close to the room. Absolutely recommend it!

Liked: the people, the food and wine and the hospitality
Disliked: i could literally hear everything from the room next door, but I was lucky that the people were very silent including myself out of respect. that is why I gave only 9 and not 10
Nice rural hotel
Liked: Very nice rural hotel. Big spacious room and en suit bathroom. Small kitchen facilities available and restaurant-bar attached to the property if you don't want to cook yourself.

Liked: Warm welcome, owners super helpful, gave full tour of hotel. Room spacious, nice decor, bathroom modern. They are really making an effort.
Disliked: All good - wished we could have stayed longer.
