Nice place, but in pictures looks much better

Liked: Location is nice and quiet. From one side of the hotel is very nice view, they call it “pool view” but its more for the mountains. Very clean room and had AC

Disliked: Dont plan to walk to any restaurant or shop, super far. The view from my room was not what i expected from the pictures, was disappointed because it was for my birthday. Girl in reception not very interested to help. Super late breakfest at 9AM, cold breakfest no warm eggs or anything else.

NICE PLACE, STAFF NEED EDUCATING ON HOW TO MAKE CUSTOMERS FEEL WELCOME - BAR STAFF HAD THE RIGHT IDE

Liked: BAR STAFF AND FOOD WERE EXCELLENT. THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS GOOD. THE OUTSIDE AREAS WERE PLEASANT AND RELAXING. THE ROOM WAS NICELY FURNISHED AND THERE WERE FACILITES FOR TEA/COFFEE MAKING ALTHHOUGH MILK WAS`NT SUPPLIED

Disliked: THE CHECK IN FEMALE GAVE THE IMPRESSION THAT (OVER OUR 2-DAY STAY) EVERYTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE. WE HAD TO WAIT WHEN SHE WAS READY TO CHECK IN AND WITHOUT A GOOD AFTERNOON GREETING. WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM KEY BUT NOT SHOWN TO OUR ROOM BREAKFAST WAS A MEDIOCRE BUFFET AFFAIR AND WE WERE LEFT TO OUR OWN DEVICES - NEVER DID FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE THE COFFEE MACHINE AND THE TOASTER SLOWLY HEATED THE BREAD UNTIL IT WAS LIKE BISCUITS

    A wonderful experience

Liked: The whole experience at this hotel was exceptional. The views, parking facilities, room with a view and balcony were the first delights which greeted us. The wonderful experiences just kept coming with lovely smiling and helpful staff on hand, great food in the restaurant and a silence and connection with nature which restored both mind and body.

    Disliked: I loved it all!

Liked: Beautiful views, friendly staff, and excellent food. We only stayed for one night, but we were genuinely surprised by how beautiful the property is. The gardens are exceptionally well maintained, and the pool area is lovely. We also booked the spa, which was very relaxing. Although it could use a little refurbishment, the privacy, peaceful atmosphere, and beautiful views of the Sierra de las Nieves made it a wonderful experience. We enjoyed a delicious dinner in a calm, romantic setting. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a restful stay. This is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend, especially if you want to combine it with hiking in the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it 100%.
