  Lovely apartments in a good location

  Liked: We stayed for two nights. It’s a ground floor apartment but has 4 steps to get to it. We picked up the keys with no problem from the hotel in town. It is very spacious (we were two adults and two teenagers). There are two bathrooms which is great to have with four people. The shared pool was a great addition and the other people using it were all friendly and said hello. It is walkable to town (15-20 mins) but we had a car so drove as there was always a space somewhere. There was plenty of free parking outside the apartments too. The convent in town is worth a visit, it’s beautiful. We were fortunate to watch the total solar eclipse whilst we were here. There was a perfect view from the pool area of the apartments.

  Disliked: The kitchen had limited facilities of just a microwave, small electric hob, toaster and coffee machine. This was ok for snacks but would be difficult to cook a proper meal. There is no sink in the kitchen area which means you have to carry the pots backwards and forwards to another room to wash up. It was ok for a couple of days but would become tiresome for much longer.

  Good for the night and grateful for the stop in super high winds

  Liked: Close to the convent we wanted to visit. Easy to find and lovely lady in hotel who gave us the keys. Beds were very comfortable.

  Disliked: The shower ran out of hot water after two others had short showers. Mine was very cold. Sink in different place to kitchen was difficult to work with, especially if you were preparing a meal.
